96 4wd taco suspension

So I have gone thru a couple sets of oem spec leaf packs during the life of my 1996 Tacoma standard cab 4wd. I recently installed another set and I'm not comfortable with how flexed out my leaves look. They are already essentially flat, any weight and it looks like they'll reverse bow. Been a minute since I've done the struts and shocks. Id like to know if y'all think that'll address my issue and if so suggestions on a product.

Nope, dampers only dampen.
Your issue is weak leafpacks

Have a looksie here at the full packs, not the add a leafs.
