Add Navigation, Bluetooth, and back-up cam to Gen 2?

Hey guys, anyone know if I can add a head unit that will allow navigation, bluetooth and back-up cam ability, to a 2006 Tacoma Pre-runner Sport? I saw a BOSS unit on another board that looked to be what i'm looking for, but not to sure of the quality. Curious if someone could recommend a brand like Alpine or Pioneer unit that they've used.

I purchased a Pioneer Avic-8000NEX for my 2010 but I'm not happy with it. I recently purchased a Kenwood DMX-905S for my GTO but have not installed it. It has no built in navigation but will use the phone's navigation and uses its own GPS antenna for better signal. It was about half of a similar unit with built in GPS. Both have bluetooth and allow for external cameras.

I was looking at Alpine but they only allow you to use one camera unless you purchase a additional accessory of theirs to allow for extra cameras. I'd like to add a front view for close quarters.

In the end, I'd pay more for a name brand.
