Annoying creaking from the steering wheel/column

This is my 2nd Tacoma, 1st was a 2015 TRD Sport and I just recently purchased a 2016 TRD Off Road.
I like the updates from the 2015 but the 2016 has the most god awful annoying creaking noise coming from
the steering wheel.
I’ve read other posts about tie rods but this isn’t that.
I have a video that captured the sound but I can’t seem to be able to upload it.

Look into your clock spring! Those tend to squeak on any vehicle, truck have warranty?
