Bought my '01 Prerunner in 2004. Drove it around like that for a few years and decided to lift it.

Current set-up:

Sway-a-way coilvers
All Pro rear leafs
Fox 10" resi's
All Pro rear bumper w/custom hitch
Frontline Fab front bumper
Falken AT's
3 HID's
15" Blitz Pro LED bar
Icom V8000 Race radio
Larsen NMO Antenna
Revenge Fab SLiders
Homemade bed bar

Here's somewhat of a timeline.

Original look with steel wheels.

Found a deal on CL with newer tires and alloy wheels.

My first mod was a billet grille.

At this point I started buying tires, wheel and a spacer lift. New Toyo MT tires and wheels without the lift.

Homemade jerry can mounts that work great.

Jerry cans strapped down.

Homemade bed bar that I still use today and it's still holding up.

Installed some sliders.

In late 2009 I installed Sway-a-way front coilovers.

I won an All Pro rear bumper and fabricated a hitch to it.

I'm going to add on more to the rear bumper soon. PVC mock-up.

Johnnie, were hiring...can you put down those duct tape welds all day long? if soo....your Hired!

I bought some Fox 10' resi's and removed the bed to weld the upper cross-member. My plan was to have the shocks sit at 5" ride height so I would get 5" up travel and 5" down travel. Everything went on perfect except I didn't account for the bed weight. When I put the bed and spare tire back on I lost almost 2" of travel. I had to order new lower shock mounts and redo them.

Ride height

I bought 2 new identical lower mounts but SDHQ sent me one correct mount and one wrong mount. Mot sure who is filling orders over there but I was pissed off because I had been planning to complete this project in one night and I now I have to wait to receive the other one.

I finished one side. 6 1/2" of up travel at ride height which will be great for whoops and high speed.
