Bilstein and OME shocks.

Are these two companies shocks designed for a rebuild if they go bad?

What is the cost for rebuilding them (if they go bad)? Top of the line both companies.

Can they be rebuilt by the consumer, or do they have to go back to the company?

They cannot be rebuilt. Only higher end Billies can be rebuilt and OME doesn't have a higher end shock.
