Blinkers Not working/relay buzzing

Finally signed up for this forum. My trusty 99' single cab taco has run into a bit of a problem. When I hit the turn signals, the relay buzzes and pops like crazy and sometimes it works, sometimes not. So i went and checked the fuse panel. Pulled the fuse and it was blown. So I went and got a nice fresh one and stuck her on in there and all my accesories and guages and a/c blower came on like I turned the key! THE KEY WAS IN MY POCKET. I'm terribly confused and that's bad since all I've ever done is worked on and tinkered with Toyotas.
 
I've gone through the wiring. But whoever had the truck before me. Which was around 100k miles ago. Installed a remote start which works flawlessly but as far as wiring diagrams, it's horrible going through 200+ wires
 
I'm going to have to go through the wiring again because even if I replace the relay the whole random accessories coming on and what not will go unsolved. May just remove the remote start and see what happens
