Blown shocks?

I have a 2014 DCSB off-road taco, loaded it with firewood a week ago to the top of the bed, now when I sit on the tailgate it sinks about 1-2inches, I don't remember the suspension in the back being that soft prior; sound normal?

The leaf springs are known to be weak. That's what happens when people want a truck to ride like a car. Airbags or new leaf springs will help with sag if you haul often.

Shocks only dampen suspension movement.

I broke a leaf spring on my 2002 Tundra hauling heavy stuff.... This might be a problem for both model trucks??
