Dakar leaf - light, medium or heavy for towing 6k lbs+

Trying to find the right level of Dakar springs for towing on the weekend without having something buck me hard when I’m not towing. Any experience shares or alternatives would be much appreciated.

Nothing against Dakar’s, had em on my 2010, loved em. Not sure how they’d handle 6000lbs though. lol

Thing is only the tongue weight is on the leaf pack. The heavy springs and such are for a constant weight from a RTT brah or anything else on the truck.

Gotcha. I put bump stops on, but they’re beating me up without a load
