DIY Grille

Nope. I made a template of the OEM grille while it was still on the truck then I cut out the mesh and bent it to the shape of the template.
 
It was. Whenever you cut the metal, put the template on there, then cut an inch around it and use a sharpie to mark the lines.
 
That's actually funny. I went to Lowes one day to look at what they had, and they didn't have much so I bought the one sheet that I thought would be best. Later that day when I went to my friends house, his dads friend comes and I look in the back of his truck and saw a better looking mesh. I asked him if he was using it and he said he was actually about to throw it away after he left. So I got lucky there.

I have have seen a couple ways people attach there "sagatoshi" style grill. What have others done and what works best?
