Five conservative honks, what is it?

Hey guys, My truck recently started to randomly honk five (quick) times. It's mostly happening in the afternoons and at night. Has anyone here had the same problem? I googled it and come up with a tone of different things.

Usually alarms let you know that it has been triggered at some point. I'm not sure if that is the same thing you are experiencing though.

That's what I'm thinking that it has something to do with the alarm. I think I'm gonna disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes and hopefully it'll reset it.

also make sure your battery is good........... a bad battery can cause alarms to do funny things

I'm about due for a new battery soon. The one I have has been in my truck since 2011 but it has never given me a problem yet.
