Thank you for taking the time to check out this thread! I'm asking for everyone's help in my search for a Tacoma. I'm looking to purchase 1999 extended cab V6 with a $5500 budget. If I can get any information as to what I should look out for when buying, it would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome. Watch for rust(not a big issue here) and check for timing belt service. A buddy is selling his 1st gen. I'll ask how much he wants.
