HELP! Rubbing noise after 2'' leveling kit install?!

Hey Taco Forum i ned some help from those of you who have don't lifts/leveling kits in your Tacoma's before. i have a 2016 TRD Sport with only 6k miles on it. We installed a 2" leveling kit from Rough Country on Sunday and are hearing a rubbing noise with rotation of the tires but seems to go away when the brakes are applied. The truck has been realigned since the install and we can still hear and feel the rubbing so I'm not quite sure what to do. Any input and opinions are welcome.
 
2 questions. Do you have mud flaps and do you have after market wheels with larger tires. If so what size tires. What size wheels and what offset. Are you still on stock 17" sport wheels and tires. Have you put it on jack stands or a lift and spun the tires. Take white chalk and coat the complete inside and tread of the tire. Slowly drive it 20 to 30 yards. Look at the tire for a wear spot after you stop.
