My son has a 2014 Tacoma and wants a 3 inch lift with new wheels and tires! Mom doesn't know a whole lot about stuff like this and he is unsure how to go about finding out info, so I thought I'd start here! (Single mom issues strikes again!)
He lives in San Diego and I'm here in Orange County. Is there a trusted shop that will give him/me solid advice for the mod? Or, anyone willing to share some info?
I'm not sure what tire size is needed, lift, etc. He wants a 3 inch lift and it level. It appears that the truck is somewhat lifted, but not level. It may or may not already have one on it, but it doesn't sit level. There are Toyo tires on it now that are larger, so maybe that's why it appears lifted (?). He is in the Navy and bought it in Washington from a dealer. It is well maintained. Just thought I'd add that in!
What do you suggest? Where does he start. He knows what he wants the final outcome to look like and has the money for the mod..so, any advice is appreciated!!
