Maybe its the turn signal click.

What modifications have you installed or have been done?
Truck mileage?
Where does the click sound come from when turning the steering wheel the slightest bit?
Does the click happen when the steering wheel is turned for a 90 degree corner?
Has the clock spring been replaced?
Has the truck had any service work or recall work?
