HP Gains from upgrades

I'm looking to 'build up my 03. I have been searching for definitive info on hp gains from add ons without much luck.

Going to put on -
cat back exhaust - maybe headers not positive if I want to buy new cats...
Cold air. Only one that has actual numbers is K&N...not going that route
Supercharger- should be about 70ish hp. That's the number I have seen anyway.
Probably some other little things like ignition stuff that would be minimal.​

About 7ish from exhaust and intake. The blower is less than 70 horse gain because boost is low due to no intercooler. Probably 40 from the blower.

I didn't think that cat backs would add a lot more than sound, but dang....
Maybe with hi flow cats or something.
So is that average, or is there one manufacturer that is a bit better than others?

Average. Intake and exhaust systems aren't all too restrictive now in most vehicles especially non performance vehicles. Forced induction will add the most but the TRD/Magnuson kit is non intercooler. There are some modded kits out there that add one though.
