I was on YOUTUBE looking at plasti dip vids and I came across this technique inwhich they lay a decal type of material on top of water then take the wheel and lower it all of the way in to water. When they pull it up, the decal is completely bonded to the wheel. This is an awesome process. They can make wheels look like carbon fiber. They can even do your dash
