Just use a reg universal windshield suction cup mount and adjust the view on camera til you get what you're looking for.
Something like this should do the trick. Just mount your phone so the cameras usable.

Use a Gopro or Contour. It will record a better picture and it isn't iJunk.

I think the mount from LifeProof is about the best. At around 34 bucks
