I am debating to take to a local place here in my city for a lift the store is charging me 550 for a 3in liftIMG_4824.jpg
But my real question is will it be better to do in local store or take it my dealership
Because of my warranty

I'd think with a 3" lift your gonna have to replace your UCA's and get extended brake lines.

If You plan on bigger tires, you may have to do a cab mount chop.

I love the looks of a lifted Tacoma, but I'd never do it just for looks. Only time I'm off road is the beach, I just bought the tires I thought were best for beach driving.

The lift you posted would be OK for mall crawling.

If I was gonna lift my truck to actually use the lift, I'd go with something like this.

What about something like this IMG_4826.jpg

Depends on what you want. Looks or functionality.

If I was gonna lift my truck, I'd never go over 2 inches.

Some have the go big or go home attitude.

You shouldn't need to change anything with a 3" or less lift. Maybe do an alignment after. 3" or smaller is usually just a bolt on.
