Lock the car while it’s running

Any way to lock the doors and leave the truck running while I go in a store or something ? The only option I can think of would be the remote start and ask them to program it to leave it running for 30 minutes instead of 15.

The only way ive figured out is to use a 2nd key, use the second key to lock door from outside, not the push button on the key but actually put the key in the door and turn it.

Leaving the AC on for a dog or pet possibly. Cracked windows of course. I know when i was stationed in ND we would leave the engines running to prevent freeze up. During winter time.
