Mounting a lumber/ladder rack

Anyone working their Taco?
I'm wondering how to mount a "rack" on the plastic bed. I don't need anything super heavy duty, I have other trucks for that, but maybe be able to haul a couple or three ladders or some 12-16' lumber.

I looked into a couple I really like. Neither would stand behind them if installed in Tacoma's plastic bed. One said they wouldn't sell one for plastic beds.

Best rack on the market in my opinion .
Ryder racks all high grade custom built rack . Made by craftsmen for craftsmen . They build to order and the fab and welds are Incredible. I'm in no way affiliated however I do want to share the stoke!

They mount to the inside track . With T nut type sliding nuts and stainless bolts. The rack rests on the top of the bed and is very secure.
