Need advice on charging system

05tacoma 4.0 v6 trd 4wd sport just quit on road bat is dead and alt is working , replaced battery and it died too and alt in charging alt is good tested on and off truck any ideas ?

Check to see if ground is good, like is it corroded where it meets the body
