Just got Bilstein 5100's installed on my '13 TRD. Lifted the front by about 2". The front now is only about 1/2" higher than the rear. I like the look. Now for some new wheels and tires. Do you think I can go with 17's and the next larger size tires without issues?

More sidewall for off roading is a bit better using 15"/16". The 17",18",20" less roll better street handling! But, you all probably know this!

I switched to 18's. 285/65X18. 2 1/2" lift in front. Removed mud guards and front small plastic flap. No rubbing anywhere.

Oh come on if you turn your steering wheel all the way in either direction and flex the suspension it will it at least the body mount! I've done way to much to FJ's and Taco's to not know this!
NOPE....I've gone over some rough terrain and cranked the wheel fully with no rub anywhere. Have a 2 1/2" ProComp leveling kit. Wheels have +12mm offset, tires are 32 1/2" tall. Maybe with 16" wheels and more sidewall you get a lot of flex?

I've got brand new front suspension everything! 3.25" of lift in the front .1.5" wheel spacers 7.5" wide Toyota factory sport wheels 285-70-17 BFG KO's and had to do the BMC no rubbing now. Going to cut more fender flare at the back of my he wheel well!ImageUploadedByTaco Forum1440350296.653664.jpg
