New Member has question about 2014 Taco

After 20 years of T100's and First Gen Tundras, demon rust has brought me to a 2014 Tacoma. My first question is this:
How can they sell a truck without intermittent wipers? I see that there is a swap out for around $125. Has anyone made this switch and is there any hidden problem with the swap out?

When did you get your 2014 Tacoma? If recently,,congratulations!
What model? Did you research the year to see if it was an option?
Would think a 6 year old truck would have intermittent wipers!

My 2015 4.0L Tacoma has intermittent wipers.
Does the OO gave a 2.7L engine - not that that should matter
