Hello all. Just picked up an 03 Taco SR5 today and definitely wanted to join this forum. Seems like the knowledge here will be extremely valuable. Any advise on what to go through and check on a 10 year old taco with 60k on the odometer? Thank you all in advance.:thumbsup:
check the frame for rust
change the oil
jack the truck up, check the front tie rods and bearings for play (push and pull the tire. horizontal play means bad tie rods, vertical play means bad bearings)
Thanks for the heads up on the frame. It looks good and has been garaged in Florida its whole life. As for the front end, that will get done tomorrow along with the oil. Thanks again
