Just picked up a nice used 2012 Toyota Tacoma 6cyl ext cab with 94,000 miles on it. She’s in really nice shape just a couple things I have to take care of.
1. check engine light is on for the knock engine sensor. This is why the older gentleman decides to sell the truck. He didn’t want to go through his insurance or fork over the money to fix it. He sold it to me with a price that reflected it needed a repair. I have an apt with Toyota in 2 weeks for the wire harness repair.
2. The tire pressure light is on. The gentleman told me he had new tires installed without the sensors? Well, I guess I need to find out if they are installed or not. If they are not I’d like to purchase them so the damn light goes out. Any good places to get some of those?
