Idk how to on the website but on the app, you'll hit reply, then above your keyboard, you'll see a camera, a mountain, Twitter logo, and three dots. Depending if you want to post a picture you've taken previously or take a picture and post it, you'll click on the corresponding icons. Hope this helps!
 
Mostly upload them on some site like photobucket, get the link and then click that Image logo and paste link there.
