According to what I read some time ago, and confirmed with my dealer, Tacomas are the second vehicle in resale value in any category of vehicle... The first?: The FJ. Maybe is because is discontinued (and it is a Toyo thing), but I have a friend that traded his original FJ (no mods) for slightly more than he paid (invoice price) after 2 years of use and 40k miles... Maybe he was lucky, but after that, I decided to go for a Toyota Tacoma. some People say that after the FJ the Tacoma is the best thing for off-road in the market (price wise).. I think it is pretty much correct...
