Premium radio Bluetooth problems

I’m trying to troubleshoot a problem the flipping dealer can’t seem to find.
My 2017 Tacoma has various problems related to the Bluetooth. Problem changes at random but it’s always related to using the Bluetooth. iPhone 10, they flashed software, same problems. iPhone 11, same problems. Changed head unit, same problems.
Is there a Bluetooth module or power supply separate from the head unit?

Did you install the Entune app from the App Store? I have a 19 that only has issues with the gracenote service updating album art when streaming from Amazon Unlimited.

It’s according to the problems before I could really help.
I can say that the Entune system seems to get a little overwhelmed if it has too much going on: music, apps, talk, etc. it’ll reset itself sometimes.
A good initial fix is to hold the power button down and let it reset.
Make sure all your accesses are set to on in the Bluetooth settings.
Also, download the Entune app and make sure it’s linked to your truck with your phone.
