Normally I would do the work myself but with work and an upcoming road trip I need my 100k tune up...

Is this worth $1350

Tokico shocks and struts replaced with the same as my original TRD
Timing belt
tensioner belts
water pump
radiator flush / coolant
spark plugs

And would you recommend anything else?

100k.....and doing a roadtrip
check your U joints
alignment
brakes
clean MAF sensor
Fuel Filter
My 2000 3.4L TRD SR5 PreRunner had one inside frame driver side

Just to name a few things.

Well if you were to have your tranny flushed, you would need to go to a shop that has a real machine to do it, the normal transmission has around 15-16 quarts of oil I think, and by just dropping the pan and filling it back up you only remove about 5 quarts. So they make a special machine that completely flushes it.

If the tranny has never been flushed I wouldn't do it now. Flushing late can loosen trash in the system and cause issues.

As far as the other work goes I don't know pricing. I believe the timing belt change is a $600 job. While you are there you might as well change the water pump and the timing belt tensioners.

Double check and make sure your model has a timing belt. I know some of the models have timing chains.
