Roof Top Tent

Finally finished setting it up. First thing first MPG dropped about 10-15 percent because the wind blocking and the extra weight on this truck about 200lb roof rack and tent. Before I put on the tent, on a flat surface, when I was at 2000 RPM I get about 78-80 Mile speed. Now when I'm at 2000 RPM I'm getting only 70 show on speedometer. Yes I can hear the wind pretty loud when speed above 45mph. The tent that I got is smittybilt 2883 the length is little longer than the roof rack for about 1.5 foot (as you can see on the pic) but it is very stable (I'm 170 lb).

That’s really nice. That makes a lot bigger of a tent then I thought it would. Pretty cool.

The rack on the roof is warrior 4860. It holds the tent very well. I do push and pull around the rack. It is righted into the roof. I won't worry about the rack at this time. My wife and I weight approximately 300 lbs plus 2 dogs.
