Does anyone know what size speakers are in the door panel on a 97 single cab

6.5" is what I've heard. Never looked myself though.

That’s what I would guess. Most Door speakers are that size. You could fit 6.75” speakers in the space. I’ve seen people cut and fit 6x9”.
