Squeaking in the steering.

Every time I turn the wheel there is awful squeaking sounds. Can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix it.

Maybe it's time for new serpentine belts

I say Possible---Possibly CV joint? Usually that is a clicking noise, all though I have heard other noises.
