Squeeky Clutch

Every time I push in my clutch it squeaks. Is there somewhere I can spray some lube? Secondly, I'm trying trying to change my manual transmission fluid. I found the drain plug, but where is the fill plug at?

The fill plug is on the driver side about half way up

Mine only squeaks when the truck has been sitting all day in the sun and it's freaking 100° out. It only squeaks a couple times when I start out and then stops as the interior cools down. It's a design flaw.
