throttle drop while driving

So here is my issue when I am driving between 20-40 my engine seems to hiccup" noting to drastic just have to pump the pedal. I have cleaned and changed TPS and spark plugs and still have the issue. I notice this happens allot when the AC is running compared to every once in while without it running. Any ideas on what to check here? No engine lights no indication of any issues nothing reading on the engine code reader..

Miles is 108k no mod's except tires are 17 comes with 15.Yes I just did tune-up (106k) as well as cleaned the TPS.. Exhaust seems the same sometimes it blows more white smoke then normal but not very often.
 
Maybe clean the MAF sensor, maybe replace the fuel filter. Could clean the throttle body. Run some injector cleaner through it. Maybe run a higher octane fuel.
Try the cheapest ones first and see if there is any change.
