How can i get a tint wavier. And if so how dark can i go?

Check your local laws. I've always just tinted however dark I wanted and never had any issues. Some areas are a lot more strict on this.

To get an actual tint waiver you would have to have a prescription/medical necessity statement from an optometrist or ophthalmologist.

It won’t help you. They don’t care if you have sensitive eyes. Especially in California haha

My cousin has a dodge challenger with limo tint and she’s always getting pulled over and has a medical prescription from multiple dr’s. The cops and judge don’t give a ****. You can try but don’t be suprised when they say we don’t care the law is the law.

She has it for her eyes and her skin. They don’t care. She tried both angles.

I’ve had 5% my whole driving life 98-present. When I see a cop I roll down my front windows. Easy as that. Never had any issues.

Thats what i did. I had my windows roll down. He got behind me and said roll up your window. I rip the tint off on both side before he came back. I have double limo over 20 with 20 on windshield

Huge head ache with the doctors and court. In the end she ended up finally just taking the tint off. It was costing her fix it tickets every time she left the house the cop and judge didn’t care that she had multiple medical notes.
