Tire pressure...

so the last few days my tires seem to be out of wack. They would be anywhere from 35 to 27 psi. I would fill or deflate as needed to get to where I want but should I be worried something is up? It’s been wacky for about a week now

Should be checked when cold because the pressure increases when the air inside heats up from driving. They pressure shouldn't decrease quickly unless you have a leak.

Cold vs hot. If you're checking before driving after the truck sat then right after a drive, you will see different pressures. Set them cold and just drive.

Sure, I understand that, however my wife’s car tire pressure checks out through out the day. I’m probably trying find a way to buy new tires.

If ur losing pressure u have an issue.

If they are increasing in psi by themselves, it could be due to friction... increase cold psi to atleast 32 or so for a week. Fill them in the morning and check psi with a real gauge... do ur driving around and QUIT LOOKING AT THE tpms GAUGE... then the next am before driving, check them again with a real gauge (same as used before).
