There aren’t any real gains and the only benefit of buying a reusable air filter is that it’s reusable. It will take years to pay for itself. If you like it, want it, buy it.

You can get an AFE for about $15 cheaper if you want a reusable.
Like@OR17TRD said, it’ll take years to make up the cost. I just use regular. It’s whatever you think it’s worth though.

I have an aFe Pro dry S. I got it the first month I bought my truck. I’m planning on keeping this truck for at least 8 years until the extended warranty runs out so it will pay for itself.

Thanks but is there a real benefit that you notice. I've read so much into it. That really you need to change your intake as well and exhaust.

No power benefits you will notice and no increase in mileage.

None other then its reusable and I clean it every 3-5 months. It saves me $20-30 a year. I got it on sale for $63 so it will take about 3 years to pay for itself.
