Trim for shift lever / boot

I am replacing the factory shift knob on my 2015 Tacoma 5-speed with a white ball. The original covers the whole lever but now there will be a bit of lever and a chrome plastic bit showing. Anybody have an idea for covering the plastic piece above the boot?

Rattle can of blaze orange paint. Just go at it without taping it off.
You’ll have the most unique Tacoma shifter ever.
Or you can use vinyl wrap like @OR17TRD said (but it won’t be nearly as cool).
