What is the best solution for rear end sag in a 1997 SR5 with 4wd?

I don't do that much off road type stuff but I do long road trips and take my camping gear. I have a shell and a carpet kit. When I load up all my gear I get some sag in the back end. I do plan to get a tear drop or some other type of small camping trailer in the near future so I will be concerned with adding tongue weight as well.
