Wheel offsets.

I have a 13 trd sport v6 dclb 4x4 stock suspension with stock rims.

Looking at purchasing a set of rims that are 17in 6x139.7 6x5.5 with a -12 offset.

From my understanding ive been reading that the stock wheels are 17in 6x139.7 6x5.5 30 offset if this is true then the new rims will sit 2inches or so further out. Will this rub while shocks compress or during hard turning?

It'll move the wheel out about 1-5/8". It may rub when wheels are turned and suspension flexes upward.
I also have -12 offset but additionally have 4" lift spindles which kick out the wheel another 3/4" and I've chopped a lot of the inner fender liner and body mount and still get rubbing during a left turn with the wheel traveling upwards.
