Hello, I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport and installing a 3"lift, I want to run 285/70R17, I am also installing 1-1/4" spacers. I have a 2WD 4.0 . Will I encounter any problems. It's mainly for work, no fourwheeling maybe packed sand on the beach at the most.

You'll only need the spacers for stock wheels if you are getting aftermarket wheels get a lower offset. 0 to -6 offset. Don't use spacers if you don't have to. IMO.

Agree, no spacers. If you like the tires sticking out get negative offset. I went with wide off road tires and wheels with positive offset to keep them tucked in. Just my personal liking.
