When to replace wheel bearing hub?

I don't have any nose coming from the wheels. Just a little vibrating in the steering wheel. And a friend told me he could see that my drivers side wheel is a little off. Not completely straight when looking from front of the truck. Should i park it till i can get them fixed? Im not trying to have a accident or anything. I would post a picture but it's saying file is to big.

Take it to a tire shop that does wheel alignments. They usually don't charge to check it.
