Which of you will lend me 55 million

That is about a 10 minute drive from me.
There isn't a house on my road that is under 2 million dollars, being as we are waterfront in a great area, but 55 million is just stupid. A shack on my road is 2 million because the lots sell for 1.5 to 5 million bare land. The average home is 2.5 to 4 million, the really fancy places sell for 5 to 8 million. When I built my little subdivision I actually kept the best, and largest lot for myself, and built to the south side of it, so someday when I retire or sell it to move, I can actually subdivide this lot in half again, and sell the other side of it. Being waterfront and prices here constantly going up, the lot should be worth a significant amount in the future.
