Yes it is ridiculously over priced.
And if I got it for free I still couldn't afford the taxes, heating, upkeep etc.
But posting this for fun because it made me laugh.
Yes Kelowna is an extremely expensive place to live, I'm aware of that. But this is just outrageous!

That is about a 10 minute drive from me.
There isn't a house on my road that is under 2 million dollars, being as we are waterfront in a great area, but 55 million is just stupid. A shack on my road is 2 million because the lots sell for 1.5 to 5 million bare land. The average home is 2.5 to 4 million, the really fancy places sell for 5 to 8 million. When I built my little subdivision I actually kept the best, and largest lot for myself, and built to the south side of it, so someday when I retire or sell it to move, I can actually subdivide this lot in half again, and sell the other side of it. Being waterfront and prices here constantly going up, the lot should be worth a significant amount in the future.
