Who's short?

So...I'm new here and I'm short - 5'6". I've been reading the forums for a few weeks and find a lot of posts from people talking about being short...seat issues, side steps, etc. Is this a thing? Are a lot of Tacoma owners sort like me? Let's take a pole..
