I have a 2004 double cab 4x4 with V6 and 199k miles. Had the valve cover gaskets replaced due to leakage, 2 weeks later noticed the drivers side cover still leaking near lower forward bolt. Took her back for warranty then 2 weeks later leaking at same spot. They found a crack at lower fwd bolt...
