Folks, this issue was resolved... The air pattern over the holes in the lower control arms produce the howling noise. I picked up a couple of plugs at lowe's for a couple of dollars and the noise is all gone.

Very strange... I noticed the same exact issue... Please let us know what the dealer finds and if they are able to correct it. 2016 Tacoma TRD - SPORT 4x4
