ARE Camper shell - good price?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Earlier today I was looking at used camper shells on FB market place and found one by ARE that is going for $1,200. The description says it has only been on the truck for about 6 months B the and it is in great shape. The shell comes with the tool box/tray on the driver's side and that window looks like it is covered.

I have not found many ARE shells for sale but the ones I have are around $2,000 and up. This one only has the tool box/tray as an option, nothing else has been added.

As I am not familiar with ARE, is this a good price? Is there anything I need to watch out for with ARE shells?

Not sure if your shell is a good price or not considering Bidenflation but here's what I have.

Bought March 2020 for $1782 + tax installed. For a 2020 Double Cab 5' bed. Model is CX with front drop down slider windows. Single t-lock and fabric headliner.
I am pleased with product.

I don't know which model this one is but the photos look nice. Not too thrilled about it not having roof racks or anything on the inside. Maybe I'll keep looking.

I've had 3 ARE hard fiberglass tonneau covers and i would not buy anthing else but them .very good quality .my '03 tundra had 1 one it for 13 years never had an issue .that seems like a good price .i got a AREcover for my '16 sport for 400 bucks! A guy bought his '17 taco and did not want a lid on it so my score ! It was 1600 new
