Word association

Well, even the letter H isn't really the word for hospital, and that picture doesn't either, at least in my travels. Imo, that picture could even represent a 4sp transmission shift pattern. I know you're real big on ''hook on phonics'', but you gotta stop relying on pictures as some can mean different things.
 
English language is challenging for most that are not fluent
Too many words sound the same yet are spelled diffrent and mean diffrent

It's the sign we see on highways and roadways indicating there's a hospital ahead somewhere though!
