Why did you buy a Tacoma?

Back to the future with the hilux. When I saw that I wanted it. I had bought 13 jeep think that's all could have afforded. Jeep was nothing but a pain. Found out I could afford a truck. Bought a 14 ram, had for less than two months before I got rid of it for the 13 Tacoma. My taco is not big like a full size truck due to the fact I don't need that big of a truck. The Tacoma is well worth every penny I'm paying. I'm a toyota truck man for life. It helped the dealer was Very helpful for small issues.

I bought because of the ground clearence it has and does not have an air dam like the colorado.
I was deciding between tacoma and colorado.another reason i choose the tacoma is because trying to get a gmc or chevy fixed at the dealer around here is hard and trust me chevys and gmc trucks have lots of problems.

I bought my 2014 DC off-road because it was relatively cheap, the same basic truck had been around for nearly a decade (hoping that equates to reliable), and the resale is very good. My plan was to keep it for a couple of years but as time goes on I'm thinking I'll keep it until the wheels fall off. The truck is missing some minor features I'd like to have and the overall technology is a bit dated but I think it is a great truck for the money. Also, I put the truck through it's paces in the woods while hunting and it is one of the most capable vehicles I've owned so far.

My Tacoma is my 3rd Toyota truck. I had a 1994 4wd, a 2003 Tundra, and now my Tacoma. We are a Toyota family. My wife has a Camry, 2 daughters have Corollas, Dad has a Camry as well as all 3 of my sisters. I ran my Tundra 270,000 miles with virtually no problems whatsoever.

1984 Tacoma , 1987 Tacoma 4x4 , 2004 Tacoma doublecab prerunner, 2008 tundra trd 4x4 limited, and now a 2015 Tacoma doublecab 4x4 trd off road . Other vehicles are Lexus which is Toyota . Very reliable vehicles. Can bear to sell 2004 Tacoma or tundra
I actually have a jeep rubicon wrangler too, but bought a life time warrantee for that one. ( first and last jeep I will ever buy.)
