Sprayed some oil in the butterfly value and wiped it down. Wasn't much in there in terms of deposits. When i'm havign the problem and the gas pedal is pushed down the cable is being pulled but nothing happens so that makes me think it's not the butterfly value but the fact that it's idling so...

There is a throttle cable, don't know why letting it sit and presumably warm up would fix the problem though. Will post back here when/if I find the problem and solution

The problem happened in the morning, I started my truck this afternoon and it works as it should. I haven't checked anything out yet, It's still 5 degrees and I'm at work so hoping it can wait a day or two tops.
